Q1: What are your shipping rates?

Q2: How can I track my order?

You should have received an email confirmation of your order – delivery and tracking information are inside your email.

Q3: Can I change my delivery address after I have made an order?

Yes, please email us at info@lucyg1.sg-host.com and we will sort things out. If an order has been released to the courier company (usually within 24 hours of your order), it is not possible for us to change the delivery address.

Q4: Why have I not received my order?

If your order has not been delivered by the promised delivery lead time, please email us at info@lucyg1.sg-host.com.

Q5: Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?

Yes, that option is available during your checkout process.

Return & Exchange & Refund

Q1: What is your return / exchange / refund policy?

Please refer to our Exchange policy.

Q2: I have received an incorrect / missing / defective item in my order, what should I do?

We apologise for your incorrect / missing / defective item. Please email info@lucyg1.sg-host.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We will replace the item upon return, or refund you if the item is not available.

Q3: Is there a cost if I decide to return my item via courier?

If you have ordered the wrong size or color, shipping cost back to Admire Stickers would be borne by the customer.

If you receive an item which is damaged or defective, Admire Stickers is happy to replace the product at our cost. The damaged item has to be returned. If you do not prefer to replace it, we will refund you the balance after delivery charges.

Q4: I haven’t received my refund. Why?

Our refunds are processed when your items arrive back at our warehouse. For Paypal payment, please allow 3-7 working days for the transaction to be completed on your account. For credit card payment, it will take 7 to 25 working days depending on your credit card merchant. Upon completion, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be credited to the original account used to make the purchase. Please note that the credit to appear on your payment card statement depends on the bank’s processing time.

In the unlikely event that you haven’t received your refund within this time, please email us at  info@lucyg1.sg-host.com and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

Q1: How do I know if my online order has been successful?

When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email containing your order and invoice.

Q2: Can I amend or cancel my order?

Sorry, we don’t offer the options to amend or cancel existing orders once they have been placed. Should you have any enquiry, please feel free to contact our customer care team by email at  info@lucyg1.sg-host.com

Q3: How do I pay you?

Now we accept Paypal and Credit Card.

Q4: How do I use a promotion code?

In order to claim an online discount you will need to enter a promotion code on the final payment page.

When you go to the checkout, underneath your order summary is a box which allows you to enter your promotion code. Click apply and your discount will be applied to your order.

Q5: Why is my promotion/voucher code not working?

Each promotion code has its own terms and conditions, printed in our offer email. For full details, please refer to the terms and conditions on your promotional voucher or promotional email you have received. Some specific products, such as net priced item, may be excluded from promotion.

The most common reasons for promotion codes not working are: expired codes, non eligible products or not hitting promotion requirements. Please note that promotion codes are case-sensitive. If you are experiencing any problems applying your promotion code, please contact us at info@lucyg1.sg-host.com.

Q6: I do not have a Paypal account nor a credit/debit card. Can I pay via bank transfer/cash deposit/cash via mail?

We are sorry that we do not offer that option.

Q3: Can I get some discount? 

All our product prices are fixed mostly, except for some marketing activities period.

Q4: How do you guys do QC on the products?

Strict QC process in the whole process during either material, production or packaging.

Q5: Where is my order? 

Once an order is placed, please allow 3-7 days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you could track the package online. Also you can track your parcel on the following website using your tracking number:http://www.17track.net/en or http://global.cainiao.com/detail.htm

Q6: What’s the delivery time? 

Normal delivery time to different countries differ, it takes 10-40 days to United State and to Europe. For other market, kindly track the parcel online to get the location of it.

Q7:Is there any customs tax?

Usually, sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website. Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without

any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country. But due to different policies in different countries, there might be customs tax that should be paid by buyer.
